Suzee Grupe Oberfelder, learning from her top producing father George Grupe lll, a real estate agent/investor, WWll B-24 Bomber Pilot, and published California historian (amongst many other things), has been representing clients buying and selling upscale coastal estates and equestrian ranchettes, from Newport Beach to San Juan Capistrano, and Truckee/North Lake Tahoe, since 1970. When she first started, she earned her allowance helping her father. Fast forward, Suzee was recruited in 2013 as an accomplished licensed realtor to lead a national in-home selling, real estate development division for a Fortune 40 company. This assignment involved multiple corporate buy/sell relocation transactions that Suzee was director for. She was also responsible for leading homeowner installs and complex remodels for sellers preparing their homes for market, and buyers updating their new property investment.

Today, Fred and Suzee continue to grow the family real estate legacy, relishing a twofold life work balance between their own Palm Springs/Coachella Valley oasis, and a retreat in the horseshoe cradle, historic community of Capistrano Valley, nestled in rolling hills threaded with hiking, biking and riding trails.

San Juan Capistrano LifestylesJust recently, Suzee was recognized for exceeding all expectations as an award-winning In-home Selling, Residential Real Estate Development Director for a Fortune 40 company, directing her home improvement teams, in twenty five states, to help over 99,000 homeowners complete complex remodel projects, leading their clients through all stages consultation to completion, preparing their homes for market, retirement, aging in place, multi-generational living and investment appreciation. Fred and Suzee have earned certifications in multiple arms of real estate, both as residential real estate professionals, and small business leaseholds.


Armed with years of real estate experience and credentials in marketing, sales, staging and design, contract negotiation, risk management, in-home process protocol, open house tactics, leasehold development, human resources, leadership essentials, project management, buyer tour planning, and home improvement process selling, the Oberfelder Team offers hands-on guidance navigating all steps of a real estate transaction. A believer in ongoing education, Suzee recently earned a real estate certification for Corporate Relocation (2021), and SCORE Small Business Mentorship certification (2022).
